After the Wedding
I know that my clients are so excited to share in the joy and success of their celebrations onto family and friends all over the world, and I also understand how valuable that moment is for you! That is why I work hard from the minute your wedding day ends and head straight to work on your post-production. Within 72 hours of your wedding day, I will send you a few sneak peek full resolution photographs so you can update your Instagram profile picture and share it among your friends and family to celebrate!
In Canada, copyright of photography belongs to your photographer. Your contract with me outlines that these photos were created for your personal use. You other vendors will also be incredibly excited to share all of their hard work and love for you as well. Because of this, I will communicate directly with your other vendors and give them specific access as well, so that they can share in their excitement too! This also allows me to give them specific copyright direction for legal use.
From there you can expect the rest of your full collection to be released between 8-10 weeks. This can vary depending on the time of the year, as I am often travelling every weekend for weddings, but I will always keep you posted. It is through your private online gallery that you can view on desktop and mobile devices, download individual photos or the full collection, you can share this private gallery with family and friends, and as well you can easily view some of my amazing professional print products.

We understand wedding albums are an investment, but to remember and be remembered isn't a luxury, it's essential. With over 100 material options we will curate and customize your wedding album to your exact specifications and style.
Being able to touch and hold the finished product will bring your images to life in a way that you simply cannot experience with digital copies. When it comes to my luxury wedding albums, I focus on the narrative of your day. Each image is individually selected to best tell your love story. A lot of care and attention is put into designing your albums and I work closely with the printing lab to ensure the best possible results.
Your album is printed on fine art cotton matte paper using pigment-based inks for long-lasting archival quality. These albums aren't available through any retailer offering direct-to-consumer sales. Featuring stunning embossing and covers in an array of linen, suede, velvet, and leather fabric options, these albums are truly a piece of artwork on their own.

I offer 3 different album sizes, 6x8", 8x10" and the luxurious 9x12" - our most coveted statement piece. All albums include 25 spreads (50 page sides), and each page can have 1-6 photos. Additional spreads can be added for $50/spread. Duplicates of your exact wedding album are available with a 10% discount and are a perfect gift for parents of both sides of the family (excludes leather upgrades).

All heirloom albums include a hardcover-style backing, lay-flat design, and are wrapped in a material of your choosing. All linen options are included in your album's base price but can be upgraded to luxe velvet or premium leather. Please email me if you'd like to see a bigger swatch of any of these!

Included is a custom design to the front of your album (must fit within 4"x2" space). This design can include anything that you desire! Style ideas include: names, dates, quotes, etc. and can be printed with a foil or embossed with no ink (blind print). You can upgrade your embossing size area at an additional cost. Once the metal die is created by our album makers, you can reuse the embossing design for $50 per album (for example, when adding duplicate parent albums!)

For added protection and sophistication, you can add-on a slip case which can be in the same or different fabric. These items are hand-crafted to fit your customized album size and built to further extend the life of your heirloom album.
Album Storage

To place your order, please email me at hello@jacquelinejamesphoto.com to start processing your album. Once your place your order, you will receive your custom album design, where you can review and make edits using my simple-to-use online album software. Your album package includes 2 complimentary revisions to ensure you are completely happy with your design and layout before it is sent off to print. Once it is perfect to your liking, you will be directed to send over your choice of cover fabric as well as your personalized design and emboss colour. Please note at this point, due to the nature of this product all sales are final and any further changes will require a new album to be purchased. Please also view your wedding photography contract for the complete terms and conditions.
From there, our album makers typically take up to 4 weeks to hand-craft your heirloom album, of which upon arrival I can either mail (included!) or if you're local, hand deliver them to you!
Your album is being processed. Please allow up to 14 days to create your album's layout. Once it's complete, I will send a PDF version to your email for approval.
